Service Description

This is a closed 8-week trauma-informed yoga therapy group designed for adults who have experienced trauma. The program incorporates gentle movement and therapeutic activities, facilitated by a certified mental health clinician and yoga instructor to help participants overcome challenges and build resilience. Starting July 16th - September 3rd on Tuesdays from 10am-11am Location: Arise Yoga Studio 2799 California St, San Francisco, CA 94115 Cost: $50 per session & $400 for the series *Aetna & Anthem Insurance Accepted
